LawPay is endorsed by the American Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association, and utilizes the latest security protocols to ensure that your credit card transactions are safe and secured.
If you are a bankruptcy client of Fisher Law Firm, PLLC, by making a payment online, you acknowledge that Fisher Law Firm, PLLC is not allowed to accept a credit card payment for attorney's fees from a client who intends to list such payment of fees on a credit card as a debt in a bankruptcy proceeding. Credit card payments may be accepted from third parties who pay Fisher Law Firm, PLLC's fee on a bankruptcy client's behalf. Debit and check card payments may be accepted directly from the bankruptcy client.
